Free#

Use the core tools with two active projects, forms, tables, campaign plans and product drafts. Every account has one creator page. Gradients, supported image covers and motion are included. Storage and request limits still apply.

Free launch and capacity#

Campfold launches completely free. There is no subscription or paid upgrade to purchase. Default accounts have the finite allowances listed above. Themes, gradients, supported covers and motion are included.

Existing unpaid temporary capacity allocations are preserved. While active, they allow twenty items of each supported workspace type; community capacity is five communities, twenty channels per community and five hundred active or pending members. The administrator can review finite allocations without collecting payment. Core access remains free when an allocation ends, and saved work is retained.

Capacity does not add provider credentials, AI credits or automatic operations. AI, storage, document size, retained data and request limits remain separate. Open Access & usage for your current server-checked allowances.

Ask for help#

Open Help and choose a support issue or question. Describe what you tried, what happened and which page was involved. Do not include passwords, API keys or private audience answers. You can have five open support requests and four open product feedback items.

Your requests stay private between you and the operator. Reopen Help to see status and operator replies. This queue does not send email notifications. Resolved requests release the open-item allowance.

Profile import and integrations#

A handle alone cannot grant private analytics or import followers' identities. YouTube public channel details require the operator's YouTube Data API configuration. Available fields can include public description, channel totals and recent public videos; subscriber counts may be hidden or rounded. Instagram research requires a supported authorized professional-account configuration. Unsupported import and connection controls are hidden.

A saved Instagram or YouTube URL remains a normal profile link. It must never be mistaken for a connected account. Google sign-in, social OAuth and creator subscription checkout are offered only after their configuration is ready.
