BUILD / GUIDE

Plan your next piece of content

Content Studio is a private workspace inside a project. Use it to plan a tutorial, product demonstration or short video. It does not render a video, publish to social accounts or promise audience growth.

Start with a brief#

Open Content Studio and choose a project. Describe the goal, the audience and your own source notes. You can write the working title, opening hook, outline and a short-form adaptation yourself. Starter examples are editable starting points, not generated analysis or measured results.

Save your brief and wait for its saved-state confirmation. Each project keeps one current Studio packet. Reload saved work before retrying an uncertain save. Another session's newer work must be reloaded before it can be changed.

Add content evidence#

A report is optional. In YouTube Studio, use Advanced Mode, choose a content breakdown and reporting period, then export the current view. Export layouts vary: map the actual column names rather than assuming every file uses our example headers.

Use a UTF-8, comma-separated CSV up to 100 KiB and 50 content rows. Map a title and views to separate columns; content ID, watch time in hours and duration in seconds are optional. Enter the report's actual dates, scope and content format. Preview the mapped rows before saving. Only the selected normalized fields are retained, not the original CSV or unselected columns.

Rankings describe the supplied report. Views do not explain why a video performed as it did. Publication age, exposure, format and audience can differ. Missing metrics stay unavailable. A small or mixed sample is a reason to investigate, not a reliable growth forecast. This is not a live social connection, a full channel audit or universal Instagram-export support.

Use optional AI#

AI appears only for accounts with enabled access and available shared allowance. Save the source first, select up to five report rows, and preview the exact selected input. Exclude credentials, private messages and personal customer information. Confirm the disclosure before sending that text to OpenRouter using the configured model.

The result is a suggested title, hook, outline, short-form draft and caveats, with source references where evidence was selected. Check every claim against your notes and report. Titles do not supply a transcript, and a model's explanation does not establish causation. Generated output is a private preview until you choose to apply it and explicitly save.

Do not repeatedly press Generate after an uncertain result. Reopen the saved state and its generation status. An uncertain provider attempt retains its budget reservation for operator review. Manual planning remains available without AI.

Copy the checked brief as plain text when you are ready to record or edit in your usual tools. Publishing, video editing, product-signup attribution and payment collection remain separate.
