UNDERSTAND / GUIDE

Read and use responses

Open Responses, choose the form and refresh to read its latest saved answers. These are submissions to your forms, not imported followers or a mailing list.

Record your next step#

Choose Review response on a reply. Read its original answers, choose New, Reviewed or Action taken, and write an optional private decision or next step. Save and wait for confirmation. You do not need a Table.

The note is private, limited to 1,000 UTF-8 bytes, and is not sent to the respondent. Reviewing does not send messages or run AI. If a save is uncertain, use Reload saved review before making another change.

Follow one form#

Overview lets you select one project and form. Its next action helps you finish the draft, share its saved link or review its answers. The all-time saved response count stays separate from Your form’s activity.

Open Form analytics for the selected source. Choose seven or thirty days and check the displayed UTC counting dates and snapshot time. The four activity cards show:

  • Recorded form loads: server-rendered public form loads, not unique people. Repeated or automated loads may count.
  • Saved responses: canonical replies created in the counted window.
  • Reviewed or actioned: the current review state of those replies.
  • Action taken: those replies currently marked Action taken, not the number of actions performed during the window.

A reply created earlier does not enter this window because you reviewed it today. Saved replies can also come from a different form visibility state; they are not matched to individual recorded public loads.

The displayed start date is the earliest measurement boundary; earlier visits are not reconstructed. Not recorded means no load record exists, not proof of zero visits. Before measurement is shown for earlier dates. Collection is best effort, and a warning identifies limited or paused collection. The reporting window retains 31 UTC days. Scheduled cleanup removes older aggregates in bounded batches; a delayed or failed cleanup can retain expired aggregates longer.

A published creator page has a separate load count. Direct form links can bypass that page. A response-to-load ratio compares independent counters; it is not a unique-person conversion rate and can exceed one. None of these counts proves demand, a customer or a sale.

Read channel labels and answers#

Tagged-link channels describe loads through valid Ready campaign-plan links owned by this account. Instagram, YouTube and other tags are declared channel labels, not verified referrers. Direct / unknown includes untagged or unrecognized loads. There are no per-campaign reply or sales counts.

Answer charts use up to the latest 500 saved responses, independently of the traffic window. Choice and rating fields show buckets; other formats keep their original answers available in Responses. Check the sample size before interpreting a chart.

Optional tools#

A Table is a saved view with selected question columns. Saving it fixes the source questions and address. CSV exports include up to the latest 500 replies and 2 MiB, with response IDs, dates and review status. Private notes and viewer identity are excluded.

AI insights appears only when enabled. Approve the selected batch before analysis and check its suggestions against the original answers. AI access depends on the account allowance and shared budget, not a plan label.

Project tools include manual campaign plans and private product drafts for print/PDF preparation. Plans do not run ads, send email or publish posts. A saved Gumroad link points to your own external checkout; Gumroad handles payment and delivery.

Archive hides an owned item and retains its history. Restore the project before its linked resources. Forms and campaign plans restore as Draft.

Import an analytics CSV#

Open a YouTube or Instagram project and choose Import analytics CSV. Use a supported daily CSV up to 100 KiB and 500 rows. Map its columns, preview, then save. Confirm before replacing an existing snapshot.

YouTube supports daily views, watch hours and net subscriber change. Instagram supports available daily followers, follower change, views, reach and interactions. Missing metrics stay unavailable. Arbitrary account archives may not fit; keep the original export and exclude private messages, viewer identities and credentials.

Imported charts remain user-supplied snapshots, separate from native form activity. They do not connect an account, import followers as people, establish income or automatically send report data to AI.
